It is often we forget within the hustle & bustle of the every day that that little voice in your head starts taking over your thoughts, telling us that you are not good enough. You are not alone in giving yourself harsh self-judgement and the most important part is to recognize when it is happening and build a stronger, more connected relationship with yourself.

How to Practice Self-Kindness:

1.Compassionate Phrases: Affirmations, mantras whatever you want to call them - program your self-talk to be positive.

2.Take a step away: Detoxing from the routines that are connected to the negative thoughts will also allow you to see the bigger picture.

3.Wabi-Sabi: Perfectly Imperfect. This Japanese concept has always been one I keep close to heart as a Virgo myself but generally, acknowledge that things change and your feelings are valid but they are temporary and will pass.
