Did you know that Apophyllite is derived from Greek meaning “To Flake off” referring to the silicate minerals that make up a significant amount of the earths crust?

There are 3 different minerals in the apophyllite family: Fluorapophyllite: Green, Hydroxyapophyllite (clear), & Natroapophyllite (Brown/yellow). The pieces available at AKC are part of the Hydroxyaphphyllite fam though having a little bit of a blue hue.

Apophyllite is a crystal that balances the masculine & feminine energies. They are known to send pure light energy and high vibrations which makes them perfect in these display size pieces!
