So what is Faden Quartz you ask? “Faden” comes from the german word for Thread as the quartz crystals pretty much repeatedly break and heal and regrow to create inclusions (that look like white threads!)

Faden Quartz is known as the crystal of connection. It is said to protect and enhance self-healing and therefore also provide direction for personal growth.
