I promise, I dont spam. I send out a newsletter a max of 2-4 times per month depending on happenings in the shop...Its your best bet in getting first insight on happenings, newness and honestly, it also is a way of supporting AKC!

HOLIDAY ORDER PROCESSING:

The holiday season is literally a hustle for most companies including our posties. I do my absolute best to pack your goodies as quickly but as lovingly as possible. Thank you for your patience as things start to get busy!

Orders are packed in the order they are placed. Orders are brought physically to a postal office on Tuesdays & Thursdays (I do try to leave packages in passing too to get them out to you earlier!). Remember that even though you get a tracking number from PostNord, it can take up to 48h for them to actually scan the package.

Allow 5-7 working days for your order to be processed.

I will be disconnecting online from the 22nd Dec until 2nd of Jan. The website will remain open but orders will not be packed nor left at the postal office. 

If you want your order before new years, please place your order before the 20th of December. I will be checking emails from time to time but please allow a few extra days for a reply. Thanks for your patience and understanding & have a happy holiday season!
